Date: March 1st, 2026 9:16 AM Author: balding sinister quadroon I was using my miles on AA almost exclusively for JAL F awards, but avail is Soo NOT CR these days and you can move AMEX pts to CX and book 30 days before AA get access with way better avail so for now not sure what to do with AA miles.
For domestic AA flights I booked F almost 100% of the time because I don’t want to roll the dice. The best program value comes in booking intercon basic econ tickets for a pittance and using SWU to fly biz. I have 3 SWU expiring end of March I need to burn ASAP, but i’ve already booked essentially all flights through Jan 4, 2027. |
