it spins around the O so it starts off at the top like a circonflex but then rotates to be at the bottom of the O

obviously they think this is highly significant, but beats me why

MFE on this firm here. i was recruited by them many years ago. there are a number of firms like this, where the "partners" are all a bunch of solo practitioners who work for themselves (eat what you kill) and get the benefit of having what looks to be a legit firm behind them. the firm takes a cut of your collections (you can negotiate, but generally 1/3), in exchange for you being able to practice under the firm name and them handling admin stuff.

this firm is incredibly jewish. rimon means pomegranate in hebrew.

sounds completely terrible, eat what you kill is a dreadful way to live

they seem to have offices everywhere almost like Dentons, and supposedly practice in my little area where one tends to know who is who, but I have never ever heard of them

they don't have any offices. it's a virtual law firm. the "offices" are entirely flame and just where people happen to live.

why is eat what you kill inherently bad? it works for CSLG, and any other solo.

lol I see

it's fine for solos but imo completely shit for people who pretend to have colleagues (e.g. in this "firm") because you're pretending to be collegial with people who are your rivals and your enemies with whom you are in a zero sum game - I've seen a couple of friends in the expert witness economic consultant business work for eat what you kill "firms" and from what I can make out it's a pretty hostile way to live

i dont even think they're pretending to have colleagues in this firm. and i dont think their "partners" are their rivals. it's just a group of solos all agreeing to operate under the same brand. it's just like owning a motel 6 in plano tx. some other turd who owns a motel 6 in adams county indiana isnt ur rival. u dont think about him.

then what does one get from even being associated with this "firm" if everyone knows this, let alone getting enough to justify giving away 2/3 of your fee income for a mere brass nameplate?

Assume it’s the appearance of being in some prestigious nationwide “firm” with a fancy website and multiple attorneys. Some non lawyers will assume they must be part of a prestigious firm

I also got recruited for a similar firm (much smaller and in my city only) but they all focused on different areas and would refer matters to each other internally. I didn't go for it, but if that's the case then it seems like a good set up once you're more established. But I have enough business as a solo and don't want to give up a % of my collections to some King Jew lording over us with office space or admin support or whatever.

the people who do this are probably in practice areas where corporate clients wont hire some random solo and it's easier to get biz if youre with a "firm"

i'm not saying it's worth it, but you'd get to offload real estate leasing, accounting, billing, legal malpractice insurance, and some marketing.
