I would look at this solely as an opportunity to add major areas of responsibility and resume points quickly and then leave within about 2 years to be a CCO yourself for real CCO pay (low to mid 300s base, 40%+ bonus, meaningful equity, etc). Don't make this a long term pit stop or you'll regret it
