one multivitamin a day with high doses especially of the Bs and D is a very cheap and zero-effort way of avoiding some entirely avoidable health issues

so the answer is more why would anybody not take a daily multi vitamin?

I did this for a while and then I went to my annual check-up and my doctor said "your creatine levels are way too high are you doing a lot more anaerobic exercise than normal?" and I said I was trying out creatine supplements and he said don't bother it's all bullshit that this helps, he called it a "waste product"

so now I don't know

95% effective against infection is what doctors told you. Doctors know very little.

Of course your levels are high, you are supplementing. It’s one of two things that I can 100% say made a noticeable and positive difference (vitamin D 10k IU a day is the other). Ashandgara made a difference, but I was not a fan of how it made me feel although it was noticeable.

Now whether doing more that 5g a day is worth it, I don’t know. I have been doing 10 (5 powder and 5 gummies) but I am probably going to go back to 5g when I run out of gummies. The gummies are apparently not consistent or reliable in doses and the flavored powder tastes 180 (mango pineapple).

Redditors always say that multivitamins are worthless and that you get plenty of vitamins “from food”
