ok well the iran-iraq war began in 1980 and even with the west supporting iraq it ended in stalemate. since then iraq has been devasted from the gulf war and the iraqi war while iran has been stable and militarizing.

so when exactly do you think iraq has had a stronger military than iran over the last 50 years?
