Horseshoes. Dig some pits. Can play with kids (there are rubber ones if they’re really young), friends, dad/uncles. Not everyone wants to toss around a football, but everyone will throw ‘shoes.

Also cornhole boards and Kanjam.

Pizza oven. Even a faggy Ooni is cool - kids love it.

Portable Sonos to take outside.

If I moved out of the urban hellscape to a nice lot in the suburbs, in addition to getting a grill, I would perfect my technique of smoking meats. I would maybe do something with security cameras and personal defense too - even though if you're in a nice suburb with small lots idk how urgent this is. if you have a garage with a parked car in it i would think about tools and stuff for that.

Also figuring out home stereo stuff, eg 2 channel stereo + speakers placed well so you can sit in between them

well, that's expensive to do. maybe you're all set then. i'm not a guy that has it on constantly. it's just that when i want to listen to it, i have started to go down the wormhole of taking minimal steps of developing preferences and chasing good sound. diminishing returns pretty quick imo
