- Today’s release slate is mostly smaller stuff: Beastro, Frog Sqwad, Unrailed 2, Lost Castle 2, Tales of Seikyu, Beholder: Conductor, Warhammer 40K: Rogue Trader DLC.

- Silksong is still 20$

- NTDOY Stock DOWN another .27% due to a lack of Games

- The reported Xbox reset may include deep cuts and studio changes. AAA games are developed by Huge Teams, until the Huge Teams become too Huge for the people who approved the Hugeness.

- Xbox is now staring at the component-price wall, with memory markets allegedly up in the several-hundred-percent range and RAM prices claimed by PC builders to be up as much as 500%. This is the perfect Xbox problem because it involves hardware, economics, messaging, AI, and nobody having any idea what the console is supposed to cost anymore. The State of Xbox: a $650 box in a $20 Silksong world, built from parts being devoured by datacenters so a chatbot can teach middle managers to write emails worse. This is the other side of the AAA disease. AAA games are developed by Huge Teams, and now the boxes that run them are made from Huge Supply Chains at Huge Prices, with AI eating the RAM, tariffs eating the margin, and Microsoft eating the brand damage. The console was supposed to be the cheap democratic object under the TV. Now it is a weird luxury brick attached to a subscription, a roadmap, and a quarterly restructuring.

- The Absolute State: Xbox wants to be everywhere, but the hardware keeps getting more expensive, the Huge Teams keep getting cut, and the consumer keeps being told this is innovation. AAA is Huge Products at Huge Prices. AA is still missing. A games are unicorns. Indie remains A Reprieve.
