I’ve done it so far with Carmax, LinkedIn, and Michaels.
It’s 180. Basically when you have a problem with their default bullshit you just look at some email addresses at the company to see how they do them, and then email the CEO directly.
Every time, I get prompt and immediate service on my issue. And the poor kid who gets stuck with helping me begs me not to email the CEO again.
I don’t fuck around anymore. Life is too short.
