I'm heavily involved in my local Short Men's Group. We organize activities, social events, intramural sports teams (those don't go well), etc. The goal is to make short guys feel socially active in a safe environment without Tall Guys around to AMOG you or bully you.
Since last year we've been PUMPED to watch Ridley Scott's Napoleon. Finally last weekend we got together with a crew of ~7 or so short guys to go see it. One guy even wore a Napoleon hat (hah!). If he were taller he really would have pissed off the people in the seats behind him.
Anyway, I can't overstate our devastation while watching the film. While I appreciate hiring a short man (Joaquin Phoenix), the movie was awful. Instead of being a brash, charismatic man who could capture the heart of a nation, Napoleon was depicted as a short little bumbling weirdo constantly belittled and cucked by his wife.
While we were outside waiting on Ubers, a drunk Tall guy shouted "hey short FAGGOTS, good luck conquering any pussy tonight!" We stood silent, shamefully got in our Ubers, and went our separate ways.
