2. He had a track record of victory before he became famous. Napoleon lost his first campaign as general, in Egypt.
3. He had much greater influence of long term historical trends continuing into the present day than Napoleon ever had. Putin even fuckstarted that big training facility in Poltava a few weeks ago. |
