there's a tight seal sort of like a rigid O-ring but then once you're in there's nothing there. it opens up into a large vacant space that you know was part of an exit channel for feces, and that knowledge is ever-present throughout the sordid act. discounting the taboo, it is not really that pleasurable and frankly i find it pretty grotesque. it's fundamentally disordered and no amount of Scientific American spin about penguins or elk or whatever can make me think otherwise
