Toffee Shop - just like it sounds, you go in and buy toffee. Easily scalable Imo. Starbucks started as 1 store. I love toffee.
Apartment Depot - Home Depot but for people who rent apartments. An underserved market
23 hour fitness - it's a gym but we close at 3 am to clean the place for an hour
