When did Southwest become TTT?

i fly constantly for work. it's my preferred airline. sw is no frills but they get you where you're going with few delays due to mechanical problems and god knows what plagues airlines like american.
unless you're flying to europe or whatever and flying first class, all planes are the same. they suck. sw is different from frontier in that its targeted passengers are middle management worker drones and an assortment of poors. i've seen people getting on frontier flights and it looks like they got bussed in from a trailer park. you don't generally see that on sw flights. not as bad, at least.
they just went to assigned seating, which i don't really like but i've been on three of those flights so far, and it isn't as bad as i thought it was going to be.

I think it’s route dependent bc American is super chill for me but United is pretty a guaranteed sps
Delta has been only cr one so far
This sw isn’t awful I just don’t like the assigned seating and minorities and this non checked bag shit they’re all doing unless the fee is fucking insane.

yea, could be. for whatever reason i've had awful luck on american. and i fly 2-3 times a week a lot of weeks, so i have a pretty big sample size.
oh, another thing i like about sw: i do a lot of flights to providence, boston, hartford, etc. if you fly american, you're usually on a puddle jumper where you have to gate check your bag. very ttt. fine if i'm doing a day trip where i fly to providence at 6 am and come home on a 6 pm flight, but not if i have a suitcase.
sw only has one plane, and it has cabin space.

2-2 seating in domestic F on American/Delta/United is still better than being stuck in 3-3 economy on SW with no shoulder room.
And if you catch a regional jet with 1-2 F that’s even better as a solo.

This is cr
The 3-5 hr leg 3/3 pwning is not tcr
Im poasting from it rn - I’m just in awe how GC keeps removing perks and charging more and losing quality and speed in process. Pretty much every service related human interface industry has gotten noticeable worse since Covid and then taking into account inflation it’s embarrassing
