He and I are friends and I don't know why you're piling on to the board rumor that we're feuding. We are not. It's true: He did ZZZ very dirty. He has truly never helped either of us out--at all. You're referring to the one case he referred to me, which he portrayed as a simple one: client got rear-ended. He told me he previously got that client a lot of money on an Uber lawsuit. I told him I wouldn't let him down. As it turns out, that client was in a crash, but they left the scene in violation of Florida statutes. In fact, they were marked as at fault, because they left the scene. I spoke with three traffic detectives who wanted to issue a warrant for the client's arrest, but I was able to talk them down from that and even drove four hours to the police station to talk with them and to have my client surrender. My client said they wouldn't surrender after previously telling me they would, so I had to cover for them at the police station. After all of that, and after receiving assurances they wouldn't file on the misdemeanor, the client fired me after I accidentally texted them "fucking [client name]" when I meant to text CSLG. That client fired me on the spot and hired another firm, which fired them. ZZZ actually represented me on my lien case against the subsequent attorney, and that attorney told ZZZ it was a mistake for both of them to have any involvement with that dumpster fire of a case. So, you're being disingenuous when you're dick riding to the extent you are. Like I've previously said, he's great to hang out with, but he's not someone to do business with.

It's true. I'm very successful now that I'm back in tech. I was pretty successful as a solo until I wasn't--which is more or less par for the course. Every solo I know in Orlando is no longer practicing as a solo. There's a fuck ton of competition, and even though there was also a fuck ton in the past, inflation has made it so much worse because no one has any money. I made most of my money off of fuck ups who got DUIs. I'd get them a good offer or I'd beat the case at a motion to suppress or at trial. I'm a good criminal defense attorney; I could say way more about my practice and the people I've represented, but I can't.
