Edit: This is what it looks like right now. This happened 6 days ago (June 18). June 19 I was able to run again, didn't do HIIT this time. Even though it bothered a bit, it wasn't swollen. The swelling started on June 20 and it swelled more in the following days. Now if I bend it I can feel this weird pressure, not painful but feels like a warning that it will burst if I keep going.
