Glad I bought a rep of the sea dweller first, because I was sure i wanted it. After wearing the rep, I hate it. I love the Daytona, hate the GMT. So, for me it helps avoid buyers remorse. 1. All stainless steel. 2. No complications 3. All hot striver pieces or the kind of entry level pieces from Hamilton or Omega a dude who discovered the hobby off a forum would buy. 3. All the pieces are the same size. No small vintage pieces. The coolest Pateks are 36mm and smaller.
Just boring as fuck.
I have two tone and gold pieces to augment my stainless steel. I have ceramic watches. I have a carbon fiber Zenith. I have perpetual calendars. I have alarm watches. I have vintage Pateks. I have weird blue Blancpains. This boring shit is boring. |
