With that said, charter pilots are under a lot of pressure from 7 rich Karens in the back who can clip their wings if they're told the weather is too dangerous to fly today. Richmos want their vacation and don't care much for details, especially ones who are stretching themselves to fly private - this plane was operated by a pretty low tier operator not like NetJets/Flexjet/Vista who were probably a cut rate operation.
