what do you want to use it for specifically? lifestyle changes are almost always more effective than any pills/supplements for the issues you mention

It was the first supplement I started taking a few years ago and it seemed to help a lot. Either it works or it had a very strong placebo effect for me. Now I use it along with creatine, tongkat, shilajit, and a D3 complex, all of which are the ones with the strongest evidence of helping T levels.
I usually let the bottle of it run out and then wait a month before getting more because there is one case of a liver issue some had while taking it. I think it’s probably not causally related but they tell you not to take it nonstop the way you can with some of the others.
