And there are endless circle-jerks for them: women’s lunch groups, networking groups, running groups, investors (VCs and angels), back to the workforce support, women’s affinity groups at every company (even though they’re nearly all feminized now). And the ideas generally have something to do with breast milk, philantropy, lotions, stretchy clothing, or their periods.
