You have a nice view of the 4' deep lake and a direct view of the 6 lane 50mph Woodlands "Parkway" about 300 yards distant from the back porch. The sound carries across that water nicely and provides a lovely ambient hum of traffic. Like being perched directly above the 405, but it's a lot stickier.
