IF (big if) Iran publicly commits to open the Strait to everyone for two weeks in exchange for a cease fire, then that will be a TACO on their part as well, given their repeated statements that they don't want a temporary cease fire and intend to control the Strait forever. |

The only thing they have to compensate for that is control of the Strait. If they give that up after taking all this damage, it won't make any sense I can see. |
