Here's the first verse of current Billboard #4 track "Red Ruby Da Sleeze"
Queen
Only on them C's if it's breeze, Red Ruby Da Sleeze
Chinese on my sleeve, these wannabe Chun-Lis
Anyway, nǐ hǎo (nǐ hǎo)
Who the fuck told bitches they was me now? (Ooh)
I knew these bitches was slow, I ain't know these bitches senile (ooh)
Married a shooter case you niggas tried to breathe loud (brrt)
Boom your face off, then I tell him, "Cease fire"
I'm the AB side
Seven-hundred on 'em horses when we fixin' to leave
But I don't fuck with horses since Christopher Reeves
(Uh-oh, uh-oh)
Gotta be careful when I dip, it's flips all in the whip
It's 40s with 30 clips, FN's with the switch
Guacamole with the taco, waitin' on El Chapo
Came in the Rolls and left low in a Tahoe

Go buy a zip of weed, hit the club
Pay for 'bout ten niggas to get in
We crunk, lit, in this bitch, yeah
Know we walk around the world
Steppin', not givin a damn 'bout where our feet land at, yeah
Get your ass mushed, smooshed (6ix)
Yeah, 21, the biggest
Put a nigga in the chicken wing, pussy
...
Yellow diamonds in the watch, this shit cost a lot
Never send a bitch your dot, that's how you get shot
I DM in Vanish Mode, I do that shit a lot
Took her panties off and this bitch thicker than the plot
All my exes ain't nothin', them hoes busted
If my opps ain't rappin', they ass duckin'
You ain't ready to pull the trigger, don't clutch it
I know you on your period baby, can you suck it?

I can see this point of view, but rap music offers a lot of things that other genres don't:
1. Rhythmic pleasure. Similar to how Jazz music creates groovy rhythm through techniques like syncopation, the rap vocals serve as a second drum to the beat. It becomes more fun to listen to it if you start treating the vocals as an instrument.
2. Hierarchy & competition. Rap has a wide range of criteria from which you can evaluate skill. Some rappers are lyrical, others are rhythmical, some good at freestyle, others not, etc. This makes it a fun competition where fans that value certain skills over others become die hard fans of certain artists, and this becomes a tribal thing.
3. Rawness. You need to treat "fuck pussy get cash" thing as an attitude rather than taking them literally. Also, they give off raw, authentic, honest energy that's relatable to people in a very human way.
4. Identity. A lot of rap is about representing where they come from. It's fun to listen to where they come from, especially if they come from the same place as the listener.
5. Fast-paced and trendy. Hip hop changes quickly, so it's fun to follow its trends. For example, "Versace" by Migos, the song that used triplets to create the catchy "Versace" rhythm, made every single rapper use that rhythm for a few years. And now that's obsolete, replaced by other styles.
So I'd say rap is a very entertaining, diverse genre for people that dig it.

Anyone who is around young blacks will get a constant diet of rap music. Blacks often make up their own jingles, and it was not uncommon for 15 black boys to swagger into a classroom, bouncing their shoulders and jiving back and forth, rapping 15 different sets of words in the same harsh, rasping dialect. The words were almost invariably a childish form of boasting: “Who got dem shine rim, who got dem shine shoe, who got dem shine grill (gold and silver dental caps)?” The amateur rapper usually ends with a claim — in the crudest terms imaginable — that all womankind is sexually devoted to him. For whatever reason, my students would often groan instead of saying a particular word, as in, “She suck dat aaahhhh (think of a long grinding groan), she f**k dat aaaahhhh, she lick dat aaaahhh.”
Many rap lyrics are crude but some are simply incomprehensible. Not so long ago, there was a popular rap called “Tat it up.” I heard the words from hundreds of black mouths for weeks. Some of the lyrics are:
Tat tat tat it up.
ATL tat it up.
New York tat it up.
Tat tat tat it up.
Rap is one of the most degenerate things to have come out of our country, and it is tragic that it has infected whites to the extent it has.
