Birdshit execs have to know what is going on. But indians are too entrenched. If you you don't use them, someone else will. There is no market solution to this. Market will always chase short term gains. This needs a government response. H1B program needs to be completely shut down along with the whole alphabet soup - L1, O1 etc. |

They aren't very good at it but that's what they want because it earns them status in the stupid hierarchical system they have. They have little desire to innovate. Of course there are exceptions.
I think Indians are still in scarcity/survival mode. They are in wealth/status accumulation phase and can't think beyond that. West is in idle/ample time phase, wealth already having been created. This allows for innovation. |
