He makes a deal with the devil to test job and after taking away all his possessions and relationships God goes on a giant tirade yelling at job for daring to question his decisions, while he never admonishes the devil for setting all this in motion
In other words God is not just all good but all good and all bad — he seems to embody all traits instead of just the good ones
