Back in the 80s there were still a lot of German girl singers singing songs with the traditional sentimental German "Heimatlieder" sound. Now they are all but extinct- a girl would be laughed at for singing like this today.
Not only is Germany letting a bunch of foreigners in, they aren't even trying to protect their traditional culture. |
