Corporate GCCs: 18,000, +64% YoY
Tier 2/3 cities: +67% YoY
And these aren’t staffing-agency listings. The dataset tracks jobs posted directly by employers.
This is the other side of the foreign-labor debate: outsourcing and offshoring.
Companies can outsource work to Indian IT firms.
they can offshore the jobs directly into their own corporate GCCs.
The debate can’t stop at who gets an H-1B visa.
