What we're currently seeing is 200 million dollars of campaign spending being unleashed at once. All that to say, I think the "panic" over Vance is entirely inorganic. It comes mainly from a blitz from the Kamala campaign that will run out of steam somewhere between now and the beginning of the DNC.
The only real concern I have is the silence from the Trump campaign and their unwillingness to grab the spotlight. Obviously they still have a lot of time, but we need to see a response to this blitz that we haven't seen yet.

A bunch of conservatives panicking because this went from a blowout election to one that Cons will actually need to try and win.
