I think it is actually the worse crime someone can commit far worse than murder. It's like chopping down a 400 year old tree vs. killing a sapling. If someone had killed that tree as a sapling they deprived it of 400 years of existence, while chopping it down while it is old, it didn't even get the opportunity to live any years at all

No, pineal question doesn't matter to me, because I don't think ensoulment matters, nor whether you define it as "alive". This is the issue with the violin lady's argument. She is trying to argue that even if you grant it "alive"-status, consciousness, whatever, it still isn't wrong because the woman has a right to bodily autonomy that overrides the fetus's right to life. It's the opposite of this. It doesn't matter if you grant it as alive, you can call it non-alive and it is still wrong, because the biological structural process still exists and would result in the birth of a human outside someone interfering with it's trajectory.
Science is true whether or not you believe it champ. Do you even know how many galaxies there are compared to atoms in the universe? If you abort pre-ensoulment the soul never leaves The Great Link and just waits for the next body. The science is settled on this.
