You seemed either really uncomfortable and nervous at first or ~85 IQ. I skipped forward a few minutes and it smoothed out a bit, so I don't think it's the IQ thing
SUGGESTION: Make 5 - 10 throwaway videos that you don't upload. Use it to get comfortable speaking. Then do more videos. Also, for godsake, don't put graphics over your own fucking face/head/etc. I mean what the fuck |

If I were reviewing fast food or trying to build a brand around "me" rather than "my work," I would have less concern about polish
With that said, I'm not a youtuber and don't want an audience, so its not like I know what I'm talking about |

Get a beard trimmer and set it to a 2 or 3 or even 4 and get all the hairs in your beard the same length. You will look much sharper.
Work with a voice coach. The contrast between you and the tucker clip you played is strong. Your voice should not be weak and crack - ever. You sound like you are trying to "keep it down" because your wife is watching netflix in the next room.
Get a higher def camera. It looks like a youtube upload from 15 years ago.
Put bookmarks in your vidoes so viewers can see what subject is at what time.
Your video clips you play between your commentary are too long. Make them shorter with more commentary interspliced. |

you're projecting better, probably because you're more comfortable. the sound is more balanced. the angle is better, but as discussed, you'll want decoration.
one thing you could do in post-production is remove when you breathe loudly between sentences; I'm sure there's software that does that automatically. |
