Most things take a month to show improvement and you have to do your homework, which is not always pleasant. The process is scientifically based and a good therapist can really help. Then I got a list of about 20 different exercises. Some I did in sessions and some at home. Did not eliminate back pain, but reduced it from incapacitating to annoying. Took about 8 weeks.
