That being said the way this case was brought forth is utter garbage. The fact that they had a mistrial and on retrial the judge allowed every conceivable amount of bias and hearsay against the defendant is horrifying.
They were just allowed to slander him and introduce more and more stories against him until a jury bought it? There is no evidence against this guy besides 3 women think he's a jerk decades later. You really can't get a fair trial in this country.
How is the defendant supposed to refute that the women claim they were drugged so long ago? It was rightly exempted initially. But they had to get a conviction so they found a judge who would allow it? This is absolute garbage. How is any of this shit proven beyond a reasonable doubt? |

Having a hunch or an opinion and admitting that you don't have enough evidence to prove it but admitting for whatever reason you have a personal bias is in tune with the right and just science of the universe, something a shitlib would never have.

Also they were allowed to say anything they wanted about the church of scientology and subsequent cover up and the fear they lived in of the church retaliating, even though this doesn't pertain in any way to the evidence of guilt or the defendant.
Just introduce any amount of testimony you want, call it evidence. Pretty much whatever they want. |

I’m not saying they’re testifying to retaliation from the church to prove they were raped. Presumably that comes from testimony about the alleged rape. They’re rape victims supposedly. They can testify to it.
It goes something like this. On direct, the testifies to how Danny supposedly raped them. Then Danny’s lawyer crosses them and points out that they say on this traumatic experience for ten years. Then on redirect the prosecutor asks them why they didn’t come forward sooner and elicits the retaliation testimony.
Although, more than likely the stuff from cross actually would have been said in the defense opening and therefore would have opened the door the the last question on direct anyway. |

And the mistrial should have been an acquittal but some LA county libs dug in and on retrial previously inadmissible evidence was let in to further bias the jury against the defendant. This isn't justice at all. The state including the judge steamrolled him and the witnesses had ages to conspire their testimony to align. This is absolutely bogus and when the state's doesn't win they just find a judge who will let in further biasing, unprovable evidence. It's a dogshit case. Truly clown world stuff.
