there were definitely black and spic hoods then, you aren't seeing them here obviously. blacks were playing jazz and shooting H instead of mumblerap and weed. spics were gangrunning like they always do.
and the whites were hardened descendants of the Old West days, corrupt and avaricious. haven't you ever seen a Noir film ffs.
