Many people on this forum know about my health and dietary issues I struggled with during and post covid, getting below 120 pounds with a lot of fucked up effects, so I was happy to get a body score of A+ with total body mass of 163 lbs. I am still near the bottom of my last diet down from 180-185 lbs; I have been traveling nonstop in weird places since then so it's been a stutter start on the way back up, with an aspirational goal of 200 lbs (I am short)

body fat % was 14.6 with 0.16 lbs of visceral fat. T-score for bone density is "excellent" at 1.5 and my "bio age" was 27 however it determines that. My legs are fatter by a couple % than my upper body which surprised me because I always felt my abs were softer proportionally.

Simple and fast experience. It may be a complete scam, but it was an affirmative experience for me and a great gift for which I am grateful. It gave me a reminder to send good vibes to xo, which has been alongside me in my darkest times.
