An Arab client who regretted a gluteal augmentation procedure hired a hitman to murder a renowned plastic surgeon in Marbella (Málaga). Alexander Aslani was killed by multiple shots to the head and neck. The gunman was a young 18-year-old Swede with sub-Saharan origins.
According to judicial sources, the regretful client demanded a refund for the procedure, and was refused. After several confrontations between the client and the victim, the Swedish gunman killed the doctor in cold blood at his clinic office on Tuesday afternoon, with several patients present.
