Here's how that would work, assuming a New President is elected with control of the legislature (we abolish the filibuster)

Step 1 is total immigration morotorium and a revocation of all foreign visas (I will say that additionally AIPAC will have to register as a foreign lobby, all dual citizenships of Congress will be revealed etc, and a cut of Israel funding).

Step 2 is mass deportations. Anyone even vaguely foreign seeming will be suspect. I don't what the criteria will be to stay here but it will be pretty high and uncompromising. We have to return to 1965 demographics at all costs.

Step 3 is a massive expansion of federal law enforcement. Basically the federal government and the FBI will have to replace the entirety of our nation's local police force. We will have federal agents doing stings in inner cities to catch kids buying weed and then throw the book at them. This is will lead to the arrests and prosecutions of millions of people. We have to completely supercede all local district attorneys and local policing to maximize how many criminals we can evict from major metros.

Additionally we will undo the supreme court ruling that disbanded the majority of state mental hospitals. Virtually alll homeless people will be arrested and charged with federal vagrancy and sent to a state mental hospital where they will be baby sat in cages until they decide to stop doing crack and heroin. The tolerance for this stuff will basically be zero and the goal will be to prioritize safe and clean streets above all else including human rights.

After I have Lee Kwan Yew'd the country into excellence (including repealing No Child Left Behind so we can make high school 10x harder and leave some children behind) several things will invariably happen. One is that the entire global economy will collapse. This will essentially be terrible for boomers and their real estate and stock portfolios. Now that there aren't any third worlders, hobos, and gangsters ruining our cities, suburban white people and young people who have been locked out of home ownership will be able to return to the cities, live much closer to their jobs, and build equity in the future. At the same time boomers will lose everything and essentially become massively dependent on the state because they won't have any money to pay for their lifestyles. They will have to firesale their homes. There will be a massive transfer of wealth down to the bottom 90%. Basically anyone in their prime working years who is able bodied will have a massive advantage.

At the same time equities will plummet because employers will not be able to find enough workers. The only option will be to hire more people and salaries will go way up. Workers will see a massive spike in their quality of life and be able to afford homes for the first time. Also crime will be super low and there won't be any more weed or Spanish on our streets.
