What they are probably talking about is these Russian mine clearing charges that are basically a giant long rope of explosive material shot by a small rocket from a vehicle mounted spool. It's long enough to run at 1/4 mile lengths at least, maybe longer. They are typically run through mine fields but you can run them down city streets. Some people think it's war crimey to run them down city streets when civilians are nearby. |
