yes i got it when i was in law school and only 25
was really scared because it's usually a sign of an underlying problem in someone that young
fortunately, it was just stress induced. and my case was fairly mild, not extending beyond my lower torso, but the phantom pains lasted for years after.

That’s how I knew I had Covid.
Neither was that bad and had both at once. I think Covid reduced my immune response and that allows childhood chicken pox to re emerge as shingles
