Seems pretty clear to me that Biden is pretending to be a totally mentally cooked shell of a man who is sundowning and dementia-addled.
They're setting him up to roll into the debate, get him hopped up on meth and modafinil, and then SHOCK the world with a decent / middling performance. Nobody will see it coming |
