Best not to get involved... you can't save people who don't want to be saved, but they can sure drag you down with them...

Teewinot is behind my ability. I can do like 8 miles with 4,000 ft gain or 12 miles with 3,000 ft gain, stuff like that

Is it really that treacherous? From a video I watched, it only seems like a little bit of exposed easy scrambling

The summit of Teewinot mountain boasts grandiose views of the North Face of the Grand Teton. This mountain does not play around as you gain around 5,500 ft. in a mere 2.5 miles. Steep... In addition, there is a class 4 crux that many consider to be low class 5, and many bring ropes for.

I completed it in 2015 without ropes, but downclimbing was among the scariest trekking I have done (without equipment).

In comparison to Colorado 14ers, I would say Teewinot is harder than almost all, except perhaps the 14'ers with great traverses.

180, brother. I’m glad you’ll help guide me to the top. Your trail finding skills will come in handy. Also, I can help belay you down. I’m like a giant boulder in that regard.
