Eat only healthy organic whole foods you prepare yourself from scratch, ensuring all macro/micronutrient targets are hit every day.
Stop drinking (more than a few drinks once a week).
Spend time outside in the sunshine every day, ideally shirtless.
Put high quality HEPA air filter in bedroom.
Buy very high quality water filter and only drink water from it (or coffee / tea made from such water)
