I was in a few FPS clans. They were run like a cross between a law firm and a national guard units. FPSs are mostly about individual skill. The main challenge is trying to get people to show up, then you basically just do what you want with very poorly defined roles in a game. Kind of like toddler soccer matches. Our “admin” functions were limited to a terrible website and a forum where we would trash talk about any old thing. Again, like a law firm.
