Sure, the width of lapels/ties and collars may change a little from decade to decade, but white dress shirt + dark suit + oxfords have always been CR. Proles get into trouble because they try to follow trends. In other areas of fashion, that might be fine. But with men's dress clothing, trends are almost always prole.
