Also that "30A" place is complete manufactured flame - our rental house was a $4mm house and it was like 300 yards from the beach in this massive cluster of similarly expensive houses, you couldn't even see or hear the beach. Every restaurant or shop nearby was complete expensive bullshit. It was literally designed for women and completely built by some GC developer within the past 20 years. and just getting to the beach required you to get by a security guard and swipe a key card.
Give me a cheap highrise in Panama City where you can sit on your deck and see and hear the waves any day over this shit. |
