depends. the majority of captured slaves were sent to Brazil/west indies, where they simply worked until they died and did not marry. Those countries barely even bothered to bring women over (see link below).
The US is different. the US was actually on the gentler end of the spectrum w/r/t slaves actually marrying, having families. this was partly because the end of the slave trade was built in to the US constitution so they knew they couldn't just continually bring more males in.
In any event you're looking at *max* 3-4 generations here, which is not enough iterations to see any kind of meaningful "evolution" (made up term imo) in a human population, even if you were explicitly and purposefully attempting to do so.
