IDK that Buddhism is about accepting the nature of suffering so much as accepting the reality of impermanence and non-self (which cashes out to an understanding and appreciation of suffering, and can ultimately dissolve suffering). But I'd have to think about that formulation.
Anyway, what you describe sounds like a common phase a lot of meditation practitioners / seekers go through. It's like a fever and it must run its course.
(That or you're having some sort of psychotic break -- also something to look out for.)
