The Chevy 1500 is so much better than the other cars it's like we're not even talking about the same vehicles. Also that truck has been paid off for a long time and I've got at least another 5 or 10 years left in that thing, maybe more.
EDIT: Those BMWs were fun, both were manual. Amazingly, I bought the 03 new for 29k (it was a holdover), the 08 new for 35k. They were fun but man were they shitty cars, they fell apart on me. The 03 basically was undrivable in 5 years with all of the problems, the front suspension was so cheap a shop told me that it was likely my front right wheel would fall off and it was basically unfixable. The 08 had the interior trim fall off and would occasionally try to Auschwitz me when it burned oil and the smoke would come out the air-conditioner vents. I got 250k out of the 08, but when I traded it in 2016 it basically had zero value. |
