Date: February 19th, 2026 7:10 PM Author: mauve insanely creepy site i'm listening to Shermer on the WNYC show by Brian Lehrer. Shermer quietly demolished the trans movement and Lehrer and some callers reacted like Shermer committed blasphemy.

with a call-in rant that eventually tees up trans issues. the host tries to maintain a facade of objectivity but has to start signaling that Shermer must be unscientific and biased. near the end the call-in folks are truly upset and Lehrer comforts them.
at 32:20 Lehrer reads some texts from pro-Shermer listeners and Lehrer reads their texts in a scary voice to show how wrong they must be.
the program was aired three weeks ago. shows that the most lib people will not face truth. |
