I have been consistently exercising (resistance and aerobic) and eating healthier (including getting adequate high quality protein) than 90% of people I know for 5 years. My sleep has gotten progressively worse over the years, notwithstanding strong sleep hygiene. I have experimented with different body weights to see if that impacts any of this and the only thing noticeable was that my sleep was even worse when in a significant caloric deficit
My dad experienced same thing at same age, with sleep getting progressively worse.
