Oh cool, 180. I see he made a BIG PUSH to allow Seminole casinos to run betting apps that allow people to place bets even when they are not physically located on the reservations. He's giving those casinos a HUGE UNTAPPED POOL OF REVENUE. This is fucking FLORIDA.
I don't know how people are missing this, but there are yuge amounts of money being laundered through casinos - hundreds of billions if not trillions every year, and no one is talking about what the money is being used for or why it even needs to be laundered in the first place. Why are so many state and local governments in a rush to facilitate this activity all of a sudden? Allowing even one casino to operate in Florida is risky af too.
Of all the states, we're doing it in the one that's easiest to penetrate by land and air, and the one that is the de facto banking capital of latin america. The one that's full of Russian gangsters. The one where Ketanji Brown Jackson's uncle did some dirt and caught a life sentence till she intervened.

Another bio that makes no sense. Dad owns multiple restaurants, then suddenly he's dead. It's crazy how so many Italian American politicians had dads who owned multiple businesses and then dropped dead prematurely. It's crazy how this always results in the family undergoing some sort of transformation, but never actually becoming poor. For example, they want to make it sound like young Geraldine was living in public housing, but they also let it drop that she was "using income from a family rental property in Italy" to pay for some schools and shit.
It also sounds like she got tricked out at a young age, same as Pelosi. It makes sense. If a politically connected Italian family has a hot big titted daughter, why let that go waste?
-----
Geraldine Anne Ferraro was born on August 26, 1935, in Newburgh, New York,[1] the daughter of Antonetta L. Ferraro (née Corrieri), a first-generation Italian American seamstress, and Dominick Ferraro, an Italian immigrant (from Marcianise, Campania) and owner of two restaurants.[2][3][4][5] She had three brothers born before her, but one died in infancy and another at age three.[4] Ferraro attended the parochial school Mount Saint Mary's in Newburgh when she was young.[6] Her father died of a heart attack in May 1944, when she was eight.[7] Ferraro's mother soon invested and lost the remainder of the family's money, forcing the family to move to a low-income area in the South Bronx while Ferraro's mother worked in the garment industry to support them.[1][4][8]
Ferraro stayed on at Mount Saint Mary's as a boarder for a while, then briefly attended a parochial school in the South Bronx.[9] Beginning in 1947, she attended and lived at the parochial Marymount Academy in Tarrytown, New York, using income from a family rental property in Italy and skipping seventh grade.[9][10] At Marymount Ferraro was a member of the honor society, active in several clubs and sports, voted most likely to succeed,[4] and graduated in 1952.[11] Her mother was adamant that she get a full education,[12] despite an uncle in the family saying, "Why bother? She's pretty. She's a girl. She'll get married."[13] Ferraro attended Marymount Manhattan College with a scholarship[4] while sometimes holding two or three jobs at the same time.[14] During her senior year she began dating John Zaccaro of Forest Hills, Queens, who had graduated from Iona College with a commission in the U.S. Marine Corps.[15] Ferraro received a Bachelor of Arts in English in 1956;[8] she was the first woman in her family to gain a college degree.[15] She also passed the city exam to become a licensed school teacher.[15]

John Anthony Zaccaro (born April 5, 1933)[1] is an American real estate developer and owner of P. Zaccaro & Company, which was founded by his father Philip Zaccaro.[2][3] The company acts as a landlord for properties in the Little Italy, Chinatown, and East Side areas of Manhattan and previously in Queens.[1]

xo should understand the division of labor among ethnicities in law. Everyone gets hung up on jews and asians, and now Indians are becoming a potent force, but look at history: it's really a division between Jews and Catholics. Furthermore, between the Catholics there's another division of labor between the Italians and the Irish. The Italians tend to be crooks, whereas the Irish tend to be cops, prosecutors and judges, mostly because all the other Irish are stupid fucks who get victimized by the Italian crooks. In the sopranos they even show this - it's always irishmen who lose themselves to the bottle and have gambling addictions. But there's nothing in the rules that says the Italians can't occasionally send one of their kids to law school, and they do end up being great lawyers and judges, again because of the Catholic thing.
Italians can occasionally put a politician in office, but the Irish are way more competitive there. Same with intelligence agencies. That's why I think you don't see too many Italians winning elections, whereas Washington is full of doods named McCarthy and Ryan. It's hard to squeak an Italian into Congress.
