I don't know how people are missing this, but there are yuge amounts of money being laundered through casinos - hundreds of billions if not trillions every year, and no one is talking about what the money is being used for or why it even needs to be laundered in the first place. Why are so many state and local governments in a rush to facilitate this activity all of a sudden? Allowing even one casino to operate in Florida is risky af too.

Of all the states, we're doing it in the one that's easiest to penetrate by land and air, and the one that is the de facto banking capital of latin america. The one that's full of Russian gangsters. The one where Ketanji Brown Jackson's uncle did some dirt and caught a life sentence till she intervened.

Geraldine Anne Ferraro was born on August 26, 1935, in Newburgh, New York,[1] the daughter of Antonetta L. That's why I think you don't see too many Italians winning elections, whereas Washington is full of doods named McCarthy and Ryan. It's hard to squeak an Italian into Congress.
