(A) someone that distracts himself at work by poasting on internet forums

(B) someone that spends hundreds of hours and dollars on a frivolous lawsuit where he winds up embarrassed in front of 10 people

(C) someone that spends thousands of hours and dollars on an illegal lawsuit where he winds up sanctioned by multiple courts, and he is widely reported for this, such that googling his name results in several stories about his sanctions and illegal lawsuit popping up.
